Warranty Policy
Racquets4U is pleased to offer the following warranty for the Slinger PickleBall Launcher and its associated accessories, in accordance with the official warranty guidelines provided by Slinger® Bag Americas Inc. This Limited Warranty applies strictly to normal use for practicing or teaching tennis and pickleball and does not cover any other usage.
Limited Warranty Coverage
The Slinger PickleBall Launcher and its components are covered against defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the original delivery date. This warranty does not cover balls, pickleballs, or the lithium-ion battery.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The following items and situations are NOT covered under this Limited Warranty:
- Tennis balls or pickleballs of any kind
- Lithium-Ion battery life or charge capacity
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, surface deformations, discoloration, or fading)
- Damage caused by weather exposure
- Rips, cuts, or tears caused by improper handling
- Damage due to steam treatments or heat exposure
- Units purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Counterfeit products or units with removed/defaced serial numbers
- Products purchased as "used," "as-is," or "without warranty"
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-Slinger parts
- Accidental damage due to mishandling, neglect, or force majeure events
Who is Covered?
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the Slinger Launcher and its accessories, purchased via Racquets4U. To claim the warranty, proof of purchase from Racquets4U is required. The warranty is non-transferable.
How to Claim Warranty
If you experience any issues covered under this warranty, please contact Racquets4U Customer Support with the following details:
- Order number
- Product serial number
- Description of the issue
- Photos/videos (if applicable)

Warranty Resolution
If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Racquets4U will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective unit or component with the same or a comparable model. Any replacement or repaired part will be covered for the remaining duration of the original Limited Warranty or 30 days, whichever is longer.
Battery Safety & Maintenance Guidelines
To maximize battery lifespan and ensure safety, follow these guidelines:
- Charge in a well-ventilated area, preferably outside your home.
- Avoid extreme temperatures (hot weather accelerates battery aging, while cold environments can reduce performance).
- Store at room temperature (64°F–82°F / 18°C–28°C), away from direct sunlight.
- Fully discharge the battery once a month to maintain optimal performance.
- Do not overcharge; unplug once the charging indicator turns green.

1. Does Slinger Bag need to be plugged in while using it?
NO Slinger cannot be connected to power when being used. The battery can be charged when not in use.
2. Does Slinger Bag Oscillate?
The main Slinger Bag itself does not oscillate. However, we have created a unique Oscillator plate on which the Slinger Bag can sit and which allows the Slinger Bag to oscillate.
3. How long does it take to charge Slinger Bag?
Slinger Bag is powered by a premium quality Lithium-Ion battery. To fully charge the battery will take approximately 4 hours. Our smart charger cable will monitor when the Slinger Bag is fully charged and will automatically reduce to a charge pulse at that point to prevent any undue damage to the battery.
4. What type of launch sequences can be used with Slinger Bag?
Slinger Bag allows the user to modify ball speed, ball frequency and ball elevation independently.
5. Can I use my Slinger Bag without a remote?
No. It is for safety reasons that the Slinger Bag will only begin launching with a 2-step "ON" process (On switch "ON" first and then press "ON" on the remote to activate either the Launcher or the Launcher and the Oscillator).
6. How do I release the balls from my Ball Tube?
On the top of your Slinger ball tube you will see 2 ball holder clips. To release the tennis balls simple push those two clips outwards to open the ball escape opening.
7. My oscillator is not working. What should I do?
- Ensure that you have removed the plastic cover from the magnetic connector at the end of the cable.
- Ensure that the magnetic connector on both the end of the Oscillator cable and on the Launcher control panel are free from dirt / dust.
- Press "ON" for both the Launcher and Oscillator button on the remote control
- The Oscillator will take 15 seconds to get powered up correctly before oscillation starts.

8. Does Slinger Bag come with a Warranty?
All Slinger Bags have a 12-month statutory Limited Warranty.
